PERFORMANCE training
Our performance program is designed for athletes ages 12 and up who are looking to take their training to the next level.
PROGRAMS
To ensure each athlete is training at the appropriate level, we will now be organizing our Performance Training into three distinct tiers. Evaluations will take place during your athlete’s next regularly scheduled Performance Training session. Following the evaluation, families will be informed that same day which Performance Training level and sessions their athlete should enroll in moving forward. This approach allows for a smooth transition and ensures athletes are training in the environment best suited for their current development.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 3:00PM-8:00PM
Speed, Agility & Plyometrics This level is ideal for athletes who are new to performance training. Sessions focus on basic sprint mechanics, coordination, balance, and safe jumping and landing techniques. Training primarily uses bodyweight movements and light equipment to build confidence, proper technique, and a strong athletic foundation. This Program is perfect for younger athletes and/or those early in their competitive sports journey.

Speed, Agility & Plyometrics Designed for athletes ready to progress beyond the fundamentals. This level emphasizes faster sprinting, sharper change of direction, and more powerful plyometrics, while introducing medium weight room training. The focus is on improving strength, speed, and explosiveness with proper form. This Program builds on the techniques perfected in the Beginner Program, and is for current competitive athletes with existing sports foundations.

Speed, Agility & Plyometrics This level is for experienced athletes seeking high-level performance training. Sessions are fast-paced and intense, focusing on maximum speed, advanced agility, explosive plyometrics, and full weight room training to prepare athletes for competitive sports. This program is invite only and is reserved for the highest level athletes preparing for their collegiate/professional athletic career.
