JASMINE WHITNEY
Jasmine Whitney is a basketball player and coach who has proven herself as a champion at every level.
As a four-time state champion and three-time conference champion at Paul VI Catholic High School, she led her team to a dominant 123-12 record over her four-year career, earning WCAC Player of the Year, VISAA Player of the Year, and All-Met first team honors in her senior season.
Whitney continued her success at the collegiate level, starting 75 of 91 games as one of the top guards in Pitt's program history. She led the Panthers in assists for three straight years, finishing ninth in program history with 374 assists. At the time of her departure, she was the only active player in the ACC to record 100+ assists in three consecutive seasons. Whitney also ranks 10th in Pitt history with 162 steals.
After transferring to GW, Whitney was named to the Atlantic 10 All-Defensive team, leading her team in minutes played (36.3 mpg) and ranking first in the conference in steals, steals per game, and assist-to-turnover ratio. With her impressive skill set and championship pedigree, Jasmine Whitney has established herself as an elite basketball talent and an incredibly valuable asset as a trainer.
