DOM FRAGALA

From the hardwood to the sidelines, Dom has made a name for himself as a basketball force to be reckoned with. From an AAU phenom to standout player for Varsity Boys Bishop O'Connell from 2013-2015, he shined on courts all over the country.

Then Dom's dominance took over at John Champe High School from 2016-2017, where he solidified his legacy as one of the state's all time elite players. He etched his name in the record books, setting the VHSL single-season scoring record with an astounding 922 points. This remarkable feat placed him 3rd on the VHSL's all-time list and earned him the title of VHSL's single-season scoring record holder.

Dom shattered the VHSL record for most free throws made in a single game (28) and season (273), cementing his place as one of the most prolific scorers in Virginia high school basketball history.

After his standout high school career, Dom earned a full scholarship to Niagara University, where he redshirted his first year before taking the court from 2018-2019.

Not letting the Covid year get in his way, He then transferred to Delaware State University, where he continued to make an impact, averaging 8.2 points per game over the 2020-2022 seasons, including a 12.5 PPG average in 2021-2022 that earned him 3rd Team All-Conference honors.

Now, Dom shares his vast knowledge, experience, and complex development as a basketball trainer, guiding the NEXT generation of players to reach their full potential on the court. A rising star in the industry, born with basketball in his veins, we could not be more happy to have Dom Fragala running point on our basketball training team!
