Volleyball Programs
Our volleyball programs are designed to grow players skillsets from the ground up, working with passionate players to develop the skillsets they need to be successful in the sport, now and for years to come. Volleyball programs are co-ed and split into two levels of experience, following our 4 core volleyball program goals:
To drill and develop the fundamentals of volleyball and the physical training that will allow our athletes to reach their highest potential.
To help our athletes better define and understand the process and their desired goal.
To enhance their volleyball IQ
To have fun!
beginner volleyball
Beginner Volleyball program is for players who are just starting out or super early in their career who are looking to learn proper techniques and get ready to play on school and club teams. This program focuses on building direct volleyball skills as well as developing athleticism. Here are some of the fundamental skills they’ll develop in this program:
Bumping, setting, and spiking
Body and hand-eye coordination
Jumping
Agility and reaction time
Playing by anticipation vs reaction
Intermediate volleyball
Designed for players with at least 2 years of experience, the intermediate volleyball program was created to take players to the next level with drills focusing on volleyball skills and strategy. Here are a few examples of things this program emphasizes
Serving, setting, blocking, digging, passing, and hitting
Player rotation and responsbilities
Team defense and offense
Team communication
Overall game strategy
Confidence
Concentration
Reading, reacting, and anticipating plays.
